Done some Dim Sum
November’s monthly Dim Sum was to the The Vegetarian Bistro on King street in the international district. Was a little cautious about vegetarian dim sum, but it worked out really well, despite being a confirmed meatatarian, I didn’t find myself craving dead animal bits. The salt and pepper tofu was great, in fact, of the roughly dozen dishes we had (there were eight of us in attendance this time) only one, the pumpkin cake was greeted with less than complete satisfaction. Worked out to about $11 per person, including a tip, the most expensive of the dim sums so far, but well worth the cost.
Good service, and the staff were cheerful and helpful. We’ll return.
